TOFU Bagel

I just got bagel from my oven! Hot Hot!
It's smells great!

nice and soft
I used Tofu instead of using just water. smells like the peanuts butter.

*Ingredients*  4 bagels   (when I writing in English, I using the US measuring cup.I just let you know.)

7oz (200g) Silky Tofu
1 and 2/3 cups bread flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
a little less than 1tsp instant yeast

2 cups of warm water
1 tbsp honey

*Directions*
1,wrap a tofu in kitchen towel and place tofu on the plate. then microwave about 20 seconds. (Please DO NOT too long!) Remove damp towel.
my favorite Tofu!
2,Mix Tofu, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl. knead for about 10 minutes. let rest for 10 minutes.
Should I say knead or exercise?
3, Cut the dough into 4 equal size. roll it into the rope. These two ends together and shape to doughnut. Let rest for 10 minutes.

4,Preheat oven to 375F. put a pot over the heat and add the honey into the boiled water.
5,Boil bagel for 30 seconds. turn them over and boil another 30 seconds.
6,Bake for 15 minutes.

Tada~!

yum yum??
