アジの三杯酢



ある時はブロガー、ある時は翻訳通訳、そしてある時は料理をしている私。
うぅーん!アジの三杯酢、プロが盛りつけるとこんな感じになるのねー。いやー。恐れ入るわー。そして美味しいわー。

厚揚げと魚の煮物は私が盛りつけたんだけど、どう?華がない?


あれこれとやっているけれど、どれも中途半端で器用貧乏な気がします。。。

30th Aug. --- ginger-fried pork

Today's Lunch!


Main 
ginger-fried pork
Side
SOBA-greens,tomato,cucumber and avocado salad
Edamame
Rice




Here is ginger-fried pork recipe!
*Ingredients*  2 servings


200g (= 0.44lb) Sliced Pork
1/2 Onion 
1 tbsp Salad Oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp MIRIN
2 tsp grated ginger roots


*Directions*
1,Slice up the onion.
2,In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat ,add onion. and stir-fry until it's cooked.
3,add soy sauce, sugar, MIRIN and grated ginger.
4,Coat well with a sauce.


This is super easy yet very yummy!
I'm sure kids love it!
If you can't find sliced pork, then Try marinate pork with this ginger sauce and sliced onion before cooking. OK?

OKONOMIYAKI

I ate OKONOMIYAKI for dinner!
OKONOMIYAKI is popular for us.
This is Japanese pancake but unsweet.
Tons of Cabbage, Pork  and Green onion in it.
I feel like to say OKONOMIYAKI sauce is taste similar with BBQ sauce.
Can you imagine how it's taste like?



Actually,My grand mom was a OKOMIYAKI restaurant owner. 
So, I should learn cooking tips!!!

屋台風みそこんにゃく

チューブからしを使って、屋台風のみそこんにゃくを作りましょう!


ハウス「特選本香り」をつかった和風ねりスパイスコンテスト参加中


こんにゃくをただ茹でるだけなので、あっさりしていて美味しいよー。






 *屋台風みそこんにゃく(2−3人前)
こんにゃく 1枚
昆布、または昆布茶 適宜


みそ 大さじ1
からし 小さじ1
みりん 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ2
水 大さじ1と1/2から2 (味噌の種類によっても変わるので加減して下さい。)


飾り付け用ネギ 適宜
七味唐辛子 適宜


 *作り方
鍋にお水と、昆布または昆布茶をいれ沸かす。
こんにゃくを半分にスライスしたものを4等分する。
こんにゃくに串を刺します。
お湯で茹でて、茹で上がったら水切りし盛りつける。


からしみそをかけて、ネギを散らし、出来上がり!




おかずをパパっと一品増やしたい時や、お父さんのおつまみにもオススメですー。

Single-lens reflex camera



There is a Single-lens reflex camera in my house!!!




Yesterday, I mentioned the camera to my family.
then, I realized my dad has Single lens reflex camera!!!
My dad bought this years ago. but He gets bored easily and put away a camera in the closet.
How Lucky I am!


Now, I just start negotiate to buy this cheap.
Hope it's not expensive... Dad. Please, Please, Please!

夏にサッパリ!ジンジャー☆レモンクリームパイ

先日当選して頂いたチューブスパイスを使って、夏にサッパリ!ジンジャーレモンクリームパイを作りました。
市販のパイ生地を使うので、カスタードクリームを作るだけでいいの。簡単よ!


材料  直径15センチ1台分


*クリーム
全卵 1個
コンデンスミルク 大さじ2
砂糖 大さじ1
牛乳 150cc
コーンスターチ 15g
バター 大さじ1
生しょうが 小さじ1/2
レモン汁 1/2個分
バニラエッセンス 適量


*台
パイシート 適量
はちみつ 小さじ1と1/2
生しょうが 小さじ1/2


*飾り付け
レモン(皮はよく洗っておく。)


型にパイシートを敷き、フォークでところどころ穴をあけ、はちみつとしょうがを合わせたものを塗る。
200℃のオーブンで約10分焼く。


全卵とコンデンスミルクを混ぜたものを鍋に入れる。
ここに、コーンスターチに牛乳を入れ溶かしたものを加えていき、弱火から中火にかけよく混ぜる。(焦がさないように注意!)
とろみがついたら火を止めてバターを混ぜ合わせる。レモン汁、しょうが、バニラエッセンスも加えよく混ぜる。
あら熱が取れたら先ほどのパイの台に流し込む。
冷蔵庫で冷やし、レモンのスライスを載せて出来上がり!


レモンとカスタードって意外に合うのねー。
隠し味のしょうががレモンのさっぱり感を引き立ててるような気がします。
夏のデザートにお試しあれー。ホームパーティーにもいいかも!

Here is my Lunch.



Main- Steamed Salmon with Mushrooms.

Side- Japanese Omlet (Tamago-yaki),Boiled cabbage with baby sardines, Simmered Dried Daikon raddish

 

Rice

I put PONZU on Salmon and Cabbage.
It's good!
PONZU(soy sauce and citrus juice)
and, I exercise everyday!
I believe it's good for me.

Stir fried pork and vegetable

Today's  lunch .


main - Stir fried pork, perviridis, carrot and onion


Side- Braised HIJIKI sea weed with lotus root, carrot, deep-fried tofu, fish cake and soy beans.


Soup - WAKAME see weed, MITSUBA(Japanese honewort), YUBA
  
and Rice


and,,,, desert!
Fresh peach tart! oh my goodness!!! It was so juicy and fresh! I love it!
I know I know... what you wanna say...
but, there was peach tart... I had to eat since I have a sweet tooth. you know?

Beef Cutlet on Rice

I ate Deep fried cutlet of beef on rice for lunch.
well,,, I know fried food is not too good for my diet. but it's OK for just a day... 


main- Beef cutlet on rice
side- cucumber and tomato with vinegar, beans with egg.





Those cucumber, tomato and beans are from my kitchen garden!
Isn't it nice? very fresh. and it's even free!


memo:  -700g. 
well, weight is not so big deal for me. I need to be healthy.

Lunch -17th Aug.

Main - Chinese style,Beef sauteed with green pepper (青椒肉絲)
Vinegar - Cucumber and seaweed
Salad - Tomato with sesame dressing
Side - simmered pumpkin (left over), Sesame Tofu
Rice


I lost 700g. means... about -1,5 lb? yeah, I think so.
It's kind of nice!

I ate this salad for dinner.
Spinach and Tomato and Tofu and Ham.
It was yum!

Diet!

Boooo!
One old men who works at same workplace with me told me 'You look fat so far. Are you pregnant?'
What???? Hey!!! What do you mean??? Are you kidding me???
It was unbelibable insensitive and rude! I can't believe he said that in public!!! grrrrrrr......


Anyway...... I just realized I got fat.... I'm not pregnant at all! and I decide to start diet!
I will try eat healthy 'Washoku'!!!
Like 1 main dish, a few side dishes, rice and miso soup. It would be nice! Don't you think?


Can you cheer me up?
