Spinach dressed with Tofu and white sesame

Do you like Tofu?
Tofu is Tofu in English, right?
Let's just close out eyes and think about  what is the most popular Japanese ingredients.
I guess it's Tofu. or maybe Miso.

This 'Spinach dressed with Tofu and sesame' will help your menu healthy.
It is rich in soy protein, iron and calcium, vitamin, but also low calories.

Take a healthy bite!

*2 servings*
a bunch of Spinach
100g Tofu
2 tbsp ground white sesame
1 tbsp soy sauce or 2tsp white miso 
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp mirin
salt to taste

1,wrap a tofu in kitchen towel and place tofu on the plate. then microwave about 15 seconds. (Please DO NOT too long! because it will explode! OK? You have to stay and check it until things done.)Remove damp towel. if still wet,let soak into new towel. 

1'or, you can boil tofu 3 minutes. drain water. and,wrap a tofu in kitchen towel, place tofu on a sieve(or strainer or colander). place heavy weight on top of the tofu. allow tofu press at least 30 minutes.

2,Wash spinach. then,Blanch spinach in boiling water which added a pinch of salt for 1 minutes. Drain and soak in cold water. Drain and squeeze as much water out the spinach as you can. cut spinach about 2 inch.

3, put white sesame, tofu, soy sauce(or white miso), sugar, mirin in food processor or bowl. mix until it come out smooth.

4,dress spinach with 3. Mix well!

you may want to use roast ground peanuts rather than sesame.

醤油 大さじ1 または、白みそ 小さじ2
砂糖 小さじ2
みりん 小さじ2
塩 適宜
