Wasanbon 和三盆

I've got some kind of spring shaped WASANBON at the store. you can see Cherry brossom (Sakura) ,butterfly and clover.
I'm not sure I can eat them. too cute!!!

This is a fine grained Japanese sugar as perfectly silky and melty smooth in your mouth.
I use those sugar when I do green tea (Matcha) ceremony.
It makes me feel fine.


春の和三盆を見つけて買ってきました。
桜やちょうちょ、それからクローバーにたけのこ。可愛過ぎて食べれるか定かじゃないわ。


とってもきめ細かいとろけるような日本のお砂糖です。
お抹茶を点てる時にお茶菓子として使うのですが、見ても可愛い、それから食べても美味しくていい感じです。
