I'm a missing child in Cheese Cake land....
I have tried so many times to cook a tasty Cheese cake, but it didn't work out for me...
I'm doing good with cheese cake but I want to make it more like Castella(Japanese sponge cake).
Hmmm...


This time, It has a completely great taste! Chedder cheese works well. Bingo!
but texture of sponge isn't like a Castella.

チーズケーキの国で迷子になっています。
何度も焼いているけれどベストの味が出来ないの。。。
多分お店で売ってるのくらい美味しいものはすでに出来てるんだけれど、カステラみたいなのが作りたいのよねぇ。
チェダーチーズはビンゴ！
でもカステラみたいな質感のスポンジにはならなかったのよね。今回生クリームを混ぜたのが間違いだったのかなぁーーーー。。。


まだまだ成功するまで焼くわ☆
