I'm trying to make Souffle Cheese Cake again and again.
It's so smooth silky and soft moist cake.
But, I haven't found out best recipe yet.
Little too light for me.
I like more cheesy flavor. Should I use Chedder cheese? Hmmm.

ちょっと口当たりが軽過ぎるというか。
もっとどーんとチーズのかおりが強い方が好きだなー。チェダー使うべき?うーん。
