pork miso soup 豚汁

I made TONJIRU or BUTAJIRU miso soup with pork and several vegetables.


It's made by sliced pieces of pork, gobo(great burdock), daikon radish, onions, carrot, tofu, konjac, shiitake mushrooms, taro and so on.

Can you see various ingredients in Miso soup?

It's the taste of comfort Japanese food. and this smells bring me winter season. wooo. I love it!
It was very very delicious but I didn't measure ingredients...woops!
I promise I will measure them next time! I would love to share this taste for you.

豚汁を作りました。
冬の味!
どんどん具を入れて味噌で味を整えただけなので、分量を量るのをすっかり忘れていました。
このブログを読んで下さってる日本人には簡単にすぐ作れちゃうものに違いないけれど、外国人にはきっと難しいよね。次に作る時にはちゃんと量ろうと思います。

美味しかったよー。お行儀が悪いとは思いつつ、白いご飯に残ったお汁をかけて食べてしまいました!
でも美味しかったー。家でやる分にはいいよね。
