well,,, I know fried food is not too good for my diet. but it's OK for just a day...
main- Beef cutlet on rice
side- cucumber and tomato with vinegar, beans with egg.
Those cucumber, tomato and beans are from my kitchen garden!
Isn't it nice? very fresh. and it's even free!
memo: -700g.
well, weight is not so big deal for me. I need to be healthy.
