Here is ginger-fried pork recipe!
*Ingredients* 2 servings
200g (= 0.44lb) Sliced Pork
1 tbsp Salad Oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp MIRIN
2 tsp grated ginger roots
1,Slice up the onion.
2,In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat ,add onion. and stir-fry until it's cooked.
3,add soy sauce, sugar, MIRIN and grated ginger.
4,Coat well with a sauce.
This is super easy yet very yummy!
I'm sure kids love it!
