Here is ginger-fried pork recipe!
*Ingredients*  2 servings


200g (= 0.44lb) Sliced Pork
1/2 Onion 
1 tbsp Salad Oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp MIRIN
2 tsp grated ginger roots


*Directions*
1,Slice up the onion.
2,In a skillet, cook pork in oil over medium-high heat ,add onion. and stir-fry until it's cooked.
3,add soy sauce, sugar, MIRIN and grated ginger.
4,Coat well with a sauce.


This is super easy yet very yummy!
I'm sure kids love it!
If you can't find sliced pork, then Try marinate pork with this ginger sauce and sliced onion before cooking. OK?
