HOUJI-CHA tea Latte ほうじ茶ティーラテ

I heard that Starbucks Japan has released HOUJI-CHA Latte!
HOUJI-CHA is Roasted tea. It's low in caffeine. and, has appetizing flavor!!!
Unfortunately, I have never tried HOUJI-CHA Latte at starbucks yet... but I just made a homemade one!
Woooo! I love it! very Japanese! Yumm!

*Ingredients* 1 serving
(HOUJI-CHA Latte)
100 ml(3.4 oz) Milk
1 and 1/2  tbsp HOUJI tea leaf

1 tbsp hot water
1 to 2 tsp granulated sugar

(Foamed milk)
1 and 2/3 Milk

*Directions*
1, In a milk pan, Mix milk, tea leaf, hot water and sugar. Simmer gently. Remove from heat just before boiled.
Let steep.

2, Microwave milk for foamed milk. and foam it.


3, Strain 1'Latte through a tea strainer.

4, Spoon foamed milk on top.

Wish you enjoy this Japanese aroma!
I also would love to give this try with soy milk!!! It sounds healthy!

スタバにほうじ茶のティーラテがあるという情報を聞きつけました!
ほうじ茶大好きだけど、スタバはうちから遠いんだよなーと思って作ってみたよ。

緑茶も好きだけれど、ほうじ茶も美味しいなぁ〜。

*材料*1人前
(ほうじ茶ラテ)
牛乳 100ml
ほうじ茶 大さじ1,5
お湯 大さじ1
グラニュー糖 小さじ1〜2

(フォームミルク用)
牛乳(低脂肪ではないもの) 50ml

*作り方*
1、小鍋にラテの材料を入れて弱火〜中火で温めほうじ茶を煮出す。沸騰する直前で火を止める。


2、フォームミルク用の牛乳をレンジで温め、泡立てます。

ふわふわー。
3、1の液を茶こしで漉す。

4、フォームミルクをラテの上に注ぎ入れ、ほうじ茶を少し散らして出来上がり!


簡単で美味しいのでお試しあれ〜。豆乳でもやってみよっと!
