スフレチーズケーキに追いかけられる夢を見そう。。。I'm so tired of making souffle cheese cake.

ほぼ毎日スフレチーズケーキを試作しています。嘘だと思うでしょ?ホントなのよー。
はちみつを入れてみたり(表面が焦げやすいけどカステラっぽい味になる。)、コンデンスミルクを入れてみたり(入れなくても違いが分からなかった。)、新商品のチーズを使って(ケーキには向かないかも?)、オーブンの温度を変えてみたり(急激に冷えるとしぼむ。)、焼いた後にどーんと落としてみたり(縮まないそうです。)
化学の実験並みにあれこれやったわー。
で、毎日スフレチーズケーキを家族に食べて貰っています。。
今気づいたけど、半分の量とかでやれば良かったかも?ホール一個分って大きいものね〜。
レシピはいい感じになったけど、どうもスフレだから温度調節などが難しいわ。
あー暫くは食べたくないなー。



I'm trying to make the best souffle cheese cake.
well, This is something wrong that I pick souffle type. because It's super delicate!
so, I've been making a souffle cheese cake to find the best recipe... 
OK. Let me tell you something. This is crazy.
It's like experimentation! but I'm not high school student or anything!
I added honey (scorched bit), try different cheese(cheddar, gouda, cream,sharp kind and soft kind),use corn starch instead of using flour, change oven temperature(I guess this is most difficult part for souffle), an etc.
So, my family complain what they have to eat souffle cheese cake everyday...
I just decide I'm not gonna make souffle cheese cake tomorrow and day after tomorrow.
Hope I can find the best recipe soon! pray for me!!!

    Maybe the extra cake could go to your office, or your neighbor?

    It's already very yummy. but It's not my favorite texture yet...
    yeah! that's nice idea! hope my neighbor and co-worker has sweet tooth!
