Sadly, I don't really see Mint Thins Cookies in Japan... I just decide to give it a try!
I tried this recipe.
but, when I added pepper mint extract, the chocolate separated and it doesn't look nice... hmmm...
I might want to change some part of this recipe and want to make it easier.

うーーーん。すっっっっっっごい美味しくできた！苦くて、ペパーミントがきいてて、売り物みたいだと家族からも大絶賛！

しかし、、、クッキー生地が扱いにくいし、チョコにペパーミント入れたら分離してしまったーーー。
味はいいけど、見た目に納得できない！
少し分量などを変えて試してみたいなと思っております。
