もうすぐ夏も終わり!
でもまだまだ暑いですね。何でこんなに毎日蒸し蒸し暑いのかしらんと思いつつ、まぁそれもいいか。せっかくだからかき氷やピリピリ辛いカレーやお素麺などなど、夏に美味しい物をしっかり味わいつくそうと気持ちを切り替えています。
そんな訳で冷や奴。
今年の夏は、食欲のない時には冷や奴ばっかり食べていたような気がします。
冷や奴なら喉越し涼やかで、何だか知らぬ間に食べれちゃうので不思議です。
ショウガとネギと鰹節だけでも美味しいのですが、トッピングを色々盛ったら、見た目にも楽しいかなーと思って別のお皿に盛りつけてみました。
みょうがとネギとわざびと大葉とショウガと鰹節!
あと、オクラとかおじゃことか干し海老やすりごまをかけても美味しいですよね。
すっきり食べたい時はお醤油じゃなくてポン酢で食べる時もあります。
がっつりいきたい時はキムチとごま油なんかでも。
あ、つまり、何でも美味しいってことか!
レシピというレシピではないのですがレシピ。
冷や奴 (二人前)
*材料*
豆腐一丁
(トッピング)
小口切りにしたネギ
おろししょうが
わざび
大葉
鰹節
小口切りか千切りにしたミョウガ
しょうゆ
*作り方*
1. 豆腐の水をきり、半分に切り器に盛ります。
2. トッピングの材料を器に盛りつけます。全てお好みの量でどうぞ!
3. 食べる時に具を乗せてお醤油をかけて召し上がれ!

HIYAYAKKO (Chilled Tofu)
There's nothing better than HIYAYAKKO during the summer in Japan.
It's been really humid and hot!!! So, I don't want to cook anything.
But Here is a HIYAYAKO. It's Japanese traditional summer dish.
No bake. just a Tofu served with some toppings.
Oh, and Do't forget, Tofu have a lot of protein in it!!!
* Ingredients* 2 servinngs
1 block of Chilled Silken Tofu (or Firm Tofu)
(Toppings of your choice)
Myoga Ginger
Chopped Green Onion
WASABI
SHISO Leaf
grated Ginger
KATSUOBUSHI (bonito flakes)
Soy Sauce
*Directions*
1. Remove the tofu from the package and the liquid.
2. Cut a block into halves.
3. Place each Tofu in a small bowl.
4. Put on the toppings of your choice as desired.
and Drizzle the soy sauce over the Tofu.
Eat immediately!
Enjoy the rest of summer with your HIYAYAKKO.
