I attended TEMARI (Traditional Japanese embroidered balls) workshop yesterday.

I was fascinated by beautiful handcraft!
It's gorgeous!

All of threads are homemade vegetable-dyed.

and I tried make a small ball for beginners. but actually I took 6 hours to finish... I'm slow..

手鞠の体験教室へ行ってきました。
桜の模様をかがってきたのー。
あぁ、すごく疲れた。肩こりひどいな。。。けど、出来映えにはめちゃくちゃ満足しています。
先生の作った手鞠がホントにどれもめっちゃくちゃ素敵で、私もあんなの作りたいなぁと思う。
こうやって、時々美意識を磨くというのはとてもいいかも。うふふ。
