well, before I show you this recipe, Let me try another way of making this. 
I did this for the way which is whipping egg whites and yolks separately. but I would love to try the way whipping whole eggs without separately.


６度目か７度目の正直！チェダーチーズとゴーダチーズでいい風味が出ました！あと、粉の配分とか丁度いいの見つけるの大変だったなりよー。
ぐじゅぐじゅしたスフレチーズケーキはあんまり好きじゃないので、カステラっぽい感じに仕上げました。でもちゃんとしゅわっともしてる。
最高に上手にできたけど、これは別立て法で作ったので、共立て法でも試してみたい！
