Here is my Lunch.
Main- Steamed Salmon with Mushrooms.
Side- Japanese Omlet (Tamago-yaki),Boiled cabbage with baby sardines, Simmered Dried Daikon raddish
Rice
I put PONZU on Salmon and Cabbage.
It's good!
PONZU(soy sauce and citrus juice)
and, I exercise everyday!
I believe it's good for me.
